Eat'n Park Restaurants

  • I called the restaurant twice. On the first try I hung up as the phone had rung in excess of 20 times. On the second call they answered after 25 rings. I wanted to make a breakfast reservation for a large party business meeting on a Friday morning. It was in regard to large non-profit (The Salvation Army) for their annual golf outing and many business people from across the county would be attending. However, I was told that I could not make a reservation. It was not their "policy." As Eat-N-Park is a large chain it is ashame that the organization cannot do better staff training; get their phones answered and be willing to accomadate their market.
