Teddy's Restaurant, esablished in 1979 by the late Teddy Karcher Jr., is Westmoreland County's answer to home cooking. Teddy's has since been taken over by Tom Watson,(this happened on June 8, 2007) who cooked alongside Teddy for 25 years. Tom's passion is to carry on Teddy's legacy of great, homemade food at resonable prices.
