Lynn Clark, Health and Physical Education teacher and Student Council advisor at Norwin HS, was named the Pa. Assn. of student councils advisor of the year. This was announced att he state conference last weekend at Bethel Park. She will now move on to national competition in Overland Park, Kansas in June 2007.
